I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jbara in Rabat, and it offered a unique blend of luxury and value. Nestled in the heart of the old city, its location is perfect for exploring local food stalls, which I appreciated as a wildlife conservationist who loves authentic experiences. The staff and Mr Jbara himself are incredibly friendly, always eager to help. The communal breakfast in the courtyard is plentiful, featuring local delights. My room was spacious and clean, with all essential amenities, including a flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi. The rooftop terrace provides lovely views, adding to the experience. While I found the check-in process smooth and accommodating, remember to have cash on hand, as card payments were accepted here, unlike many other places. Riad Jbara strikes a fair balance between comfort and cost, making it a wise choice for travelers seeking authenticity without breaking the bank.
